Westcliff
Westcliff is a proposed, four-home Luxury development to be built at the corner of Bird Drive and Rember Street in Ketchum, Idaho. The anticipated start date is April, 2021. Delivery/C of O is expected early/mid 2022 (subject to change).
High Camp
This was a recently designed project which we never built because we sold the lot. True “Cowboy Rustic” architecture, smart/efficient floor plan, strong, bold materials.
Golden Eagle
This project, a 2019 luxury spec. home in Golden Eagle Ranch, was pre-sold just as framing commenced. The Buyer went on to customize the home in dramatic and tasteful fashion, and the results are stunning.
